Pella were appointed as the Development Advisor for the freehold island site of circa 450,000 sq. ft GIA in 2025.

We replanned the floorplate & core to increase the NIA, reduce the construction cost and appeal to a broader selection of potential occupier groups.

We also changed the M&E strategy to improve sustainability credentials to best in class.

The building is directly adjacent to the new global headquarters for HSBC that Pella developed.

Construction is due to commence in September 2026.
